The story of this restaurant begins back in 1901. Under the careful guidance and ownership of the Sisarić family, the tavern first opened its doors, laying strong foundations for a long-standing hospitality tradition.
Throughout its decades of existence, "Borak" has witnessed turbulent historical changes. During the communist rule, the house where the restaurant is located was nationalized, temporarily halting the original family's continuity of ownership.
